For proper use, please follow the recommended torque and usage guidelines:
• SPT-012 Recommended Torque is 50 I/P
• SPT-013 Recommended Torque is 100 I/P
• Clamp can be torqued up to 120 inch/pounds
• Use an aluminum shim .02 -.032 to spread out clamping loads on soft material
• Clamp is self-adjusting with no additional support needed from .001” to 1.2” tall
Part# SPT-012 is made for ¼-20 or M6 bolts
Part# SPT-013 is made for 5/16-18 or M8 bolts
• Extra strong design up to 120 I/P bolt torque = 1000-2000 pound of clamping force
• 3/16" Cam distance will allow you to move clamp horizontally to 3/4" back and forth on the sub tooling plate
• Swivel cam action allows straight down clamping force with multiple positions on a sub plate
